Hi,
Basically I want to know why db2_all is not needed to retreive data from a table in DPF env
i.e. to run backup on all DB partitions in DPF environment we use either db2_all or 'On all dbpartitionnums '(v9.1 version onwards) option. However, to retrieve rows or number of rows from a table in DPF environment we do not have to use either of this option.
Could any one please explain what is the logic behind it ?...
