I'm no expert in use of Access database and am looking for a simple way to make the DefaultUser setting be something other than admin.

How do I set up users without their having admin priveleges ?
I support a multiuser C# application that allows each user to save and retrieve data to a MS Access 2007 database.
I have lock problems because each user is "seen" as admin
in the database and admin privileges enforce full locks (as I understand it).
Is there a simple way to default all users to something other than admin ?

How do I get handle of window minimized in system tray ?
otherApp was minimized to the system tray.
I want myApp to restore the window of otherApp back to the desktop.
