All,
I have created a report giving the reader full and summarized views of the daily data. The detailed section of this report is being summarized underneath the report in the footer section. What I need to do is to save the data off the textboxes of the summary section to a separate table. The table will be supposed to accommodate all the summaries of the month day by day, then based on this table, a simple query can be generated...

Perfrom summations/counting for grouped fields in access report
I have built an access report that works as a stepped report based on grouped fields.
When perfroming sum or count for the one of the grouped fields, access always yields the sum/count of the individual records in the details section, even when set the sum/count function as to work on values.
For example, the report has 5 groups each one has two records of details, so acccess did not count 5 for the grouped fields, but... -

Building a form in Access can filter specific records in a table
Is it possible for an access form to filter specific fields in the record source table so the user can deal with them only a part form the rest of the table fields.
The table contains many fields and the user needs to enter data in all fields for the different records in the table. To make it easy, I need to filter the records which have similar or are common in a specific character to enter their data, then remove the filter and put... -
MS access switchboard
The ms access swichboard is working in good fashion. What I need to do is make it more flexible while opening and closing other objects in MS access like forms and reports.
the switchboard form holds up upon the start of access and still shows up after openning a report for example untill I close it.
I need to minimize it and dealing with access freely then bach again to the switchboard if I want.

Controlling data edit of form objects while navigating the saved records
I have built a form on table which will navigate showing data stored in each record in the table.
I need to restrict the edition of data while navigating records from the form. Edition can be permitted by clicking a command button for example (Edit) to change the stroed data.
Can this happen?
If so, please advise. -
Dear all,
I have attached copy of the last version of my projects.
You can go to the HRs_Filter form or the DRs_Filter form.
Input the date as for example 12/10/12 or 13/10/12 (means 12-Oct-2012) it will work for the daily reports but not work for the history reports.
You can check this yourself.

The second type (History R)has a... -

Way #2 - In the main report, clicked Subform/Subreport icon then built the subreport form the corresponding query, so that the... -
Change property of command button by navigating access form
I have an access form having a command button which will perform a certain action onclick for the current record.
I need to disable the button function by navigating the records before the current one from the form or in other words, to have the button property (enabled) = false all the time except when the current record is new only.
this makes me thinking on how to inform access vba to navigate and if the current record... -
