I certainly appreciate that you are willing to help me figure this out, but it may be a challenge. I'm certainly no Access expert and I do not even know what you mean by your very first question. I do not know how I have the record source set up. Or what that means. Or where to look to see, if I knew what I was looking for. Added field in related table messes up records on form
I have 4 tables, 1 'main' and 3 others. All 4 tables are related by the same common feild. One of the others is related to the main by a one to many relationship. The other two are related to the main by a one to one. All these tables feed one form. The table with the one to many relationship is a subform, the other two tables are simply 'feilds' on the form. Works beautifully. That is until I add an additional field to one of the one to one...
