I want to replace field value within date
exactly i wan to search bills i.e. i entered it in my entry procidure [from date to date] and replace it with bill no in num. at a time

look what i want to do in my entry module i have three table in my mdb file tran, party and ledger. when i generate a filnel print it does not print again.
ledger = ledger entry it conatins ladger name and rate
party= party name and tds rate
tran = contains detail about bill
pls guide me for code which is stop printing after finel print is ok
