The only dependent service for the SSDP discovery service is HTTP. I do not see an HTTP service ony my services list, just HTTP SSL. I have UPnP installed, but that will not start becasue it is dependent on SSDP. The reason I am trying to start SSDP is to enable UPnP. The error message says the service fails to start in a reasonable amount of time, but it does not even try it seems; as soon as I click to start the service the error messages pops...

I am trying to turn on the SSDP service discovery program, but when I try to turn on the service i keep getting a 1053 error: The servcice did not not respond to the start or or control request in a timely fashion.
