I understand what your saying the only issue being is that i was going to use the value returned for another formual in the other form [Holidays] then add the formula to work out the amount of extra time earned. Am i making this hard for myself? should i be looking at this from another angle?
I need the result in years for the age or [Length of Service] then a formula to work out the extra holiday earned e.g

I am trying to build a small database in access. I have two tables Accounts & Products. What i am trying to do i allocate the products i sell to the appropriot account. I have an account set up in the Accounts Tbl but it will only allocate the first product i enter into the product table? What am i doing wrong? Not overerly sure what you mean as fairly new to access but would appreciate your explination. As far as im aware my DB is saved as MDE so what choices do i have? The reason for burning to CD is so the engineers can also get a copy of the system. Thought this would be the easier part lol

Installer softwear
I have just completed my first full database which my company wishes to use. I would like to know if you can suggest a good but EASY to understand installer for the database so i can present this database on a proper CD. Free would be good but happy to pay a nominal fee for the right installer.

Multipul record sets in access

I have already had some help from you guys but am still having problems.
I have two tables [Account Information] & [Order Entry] These two tables have a one to many relationship. Account Info has an AutoNumber and the primary key. Order Entry has just an AutoNumber and no key.

Well that has worked but for one thing. The tables now alow me to input multipul order entrys but it isnt attaching them to the appropriot account. When you enter ORDER ENTRY it asks you for the account number ok. I enter the account number and the ORDER ENTRY screen opens.
