Hey Forum, ive been struggling to sort this little problem out for a long time now so im given in to pleading for help.

pretty much what i need to do is create script that will allow me to create a new page from a template, allow me to name its address, add text to it in a particular location, add a photo from a pc and place it in a particular location, as well as add a small piece of the text and a thumbnail of the photo to the homepage....
