How to group by this SQL statement
Hello everyone,
Could you please provide me with some assistance on how to group by a SQL statement when a selected column comes from a subquery. Here is an example of the SQL statement I am trying to write. I don't know what to add to the group by command in order to make it work.
Thanks for your help and guidance
select sa.sa_type_cd,
nvl((select bsegitem.item_c nt

Thank you very much for all your help.
Your guidance has truly made my day. I was able to make sure my users will not be able to modify my work.
I'm very glad I found this community. It certantly helps a great deal when someone is not by any means expert in an specific subject but knows enough to deal with it. -
Thank you very much for your help on this.
However, after I created the .mde database I determined my users will not be able to modify any forms or reports, but they will be able to modify any of the underlying tables or querys. Is there a way I can disallow this from happening. I only want them to update the tables via the form itself.Leave a comment:
