Dlookup function for each query ran
Hello, I just discovered that you can use Dlookup function on a form. just not sure how to connect this for each button that was clicked which will run the queries associated for each buttons. I would like to be able to show a date and time each of these buttons were ran on the form, that way I dont have to repeat the same button. Normally, I go to the folder to see if the excel file has been updated but I prefer to have that kind of visibility on... -
Not too bad. I could deal with this. I did chose the relationship with the SQL for the Queries but it gave me all the SQL. Which is fine, I can work with it. The only thing is that it generated over 180 pages all because of the spaces.. I had to manually cut it down to 75 pages in Word Documents. Thanks, case is closed. :)Leave a comment:

Mapping of the access
Good afternoon,
I have an Access Database that I built and it has a huge size. But that is not a concern. The real question is, is there any possible way that the database could be mapped out on its own? Meaning is there anyway I could do to printout the map showing what has been connected to build the select, make, update, delete queries. sort of gives you a full story of the database with the sql narratives. What I meant by RunCode is the functions that run the module. Alright, given the logic that I have provided in the thread. You stated that one piece of code "can" work with multiple excel. I am more interested in learning this as well. My understanding is based on your statement, ACCESS can open all Excel spreadsheets in a folder and perform the Excel Macro on each of them, correct? Excel Macro to exported ACCESS files
I have read a few available functions similar to my concerns. And I have noticed some were not answered for a long time. My concerns is that what was provided in the forum, when a query or a table has been exported to Excel from Access. It does not open with the Excel Macro in order to run. I was able to transfer the data to Excel and I was able to open the Macro Excel but when it runs, it runs on itself not on the exported file. As of right now...
