I'm about to start building an application that should be monitoring the outgoing web traffic, and then calculate how long the user surfs specific list of websites. After a certain amount of time, the user can no longer surf the websites (all traffic is either dropped or redirected whichever can be achieved). The timer restarts on fixed times, so I need also a way to be able to store the duration spent on the websites securely...
