I was able to resolve the issue based Rabbit suggestions to change it to a select query. It will sufficely do based on my needs. Thanks again to the both of you for your assistance!

Perhaps I mis-understood your original question. But my thought was Medcond 101 was the only exception that I have. Which it still is in my opinion based on my orginal post.Leave a comment:

Here is my attempt in explaining the logic with the all possible outcomes:
If Patient A has medical conditions 100, 101, & 102, then then flag medical condition 101 as "Y", all else "N" in the 'Reported' field.
If Patient A only has Medical conditions 100 & 102, then flag medical both conditions as...Leave a comment:

Hi all,
I have a reporting table that I use for my reports but would like to filter(flag) records based certain Medical conditions.
Example of reporting table:
ID Name MedCond Reported
1 Pat A 100 N
1 Pat A 101 Y
1 Pat A 102 N
2 Pat B 100 Y
2 Pat B 102 Y
Conditions examples are:
