  • if I copy and paste this into my windows explorer: \\simmons\dfs\s canned\MIS\Firm DB\FileStore\Tr ialTeam\Medical Pathology\I see a list of files, with one of them being: 5rqrtvbp.d3i.pd f, the one I need to open.

    Open scanned document from access form

    I have query that is displaying a scanned document path that I am pulling from an sql database:
    Path: Simmons\dfs\sca nned\MIS\FirmDB \FileStore\Tria lTeam\MedicalPa thology\jtvlrze c.jmw.pdf
    I am linking to this query in Access and want to display this path on a form in Access so the user can click on the link and open the PDF.

  • The record source is sorted alpha by client last name.
    It leaves the current client and goes to last record

    It is an embedded Macro (automatically created in 2007)
    Action: runcommand
    Arugments: SaveRecord

    There is another posting very similar on your website that states this is a bug with microsoft.

    I have a work around by changing the sort on the record ID so it is on the last...

  • Save does not stay on current record in access 2007

    I have a command button on a simple form created with the wizard. When adding a new record and the clicking save it does not stay on the current record.
    I have also tried an event procedure with the code:
    docmd.runcomman d acCmdSaveRecord
