I am getting the same message, on an English version of Access 2003 and English Windows XP. (With Norwegian regional settings, though.)
I don't fully understand it either, but after reading the help page (there is a Help button on the Unsafe Expressions dialog) and the Microsoft bulleting on it (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...446591033.aspx) I learned this "feature" is called Sandbox mode....
