I have a large database in Access, which has everything from the Tables included on a main form with sub forms. I want to have a blank text box on one of the sub forms, so that I can add free text to each Individual. I am trying to create a text box in a subform of one of my databases, and for each entry/name I want to write different things in this text box. How do I programme a text box in Access so that it keeps the details per entry as opposed to updating every entry with the most recently typed text? Any help would be much appreciated?
