Hi,
My problem is that I cannot run make-table-query with "attachment " field...
Is there any workaround? I need to find a way to move attachments between tables together with regular data.

How to send out mass e-mails from Access 2007 without VBA?
Hi,
Ideally, I would like to create a macro that could
1) take e-mails from a list (stored in table);
2) open outlook e-mail box;
3) distribute e-mails to "TO", "CC" fields;
4) input a text message;
5) allow further editon before sending;
Is it possible without VBA? For example with help of SendObject macro?

Ok, I'm getting the idea, one more beginner's question:
how to:
"...create a query with a Month and FYear column and to JOIN the single row table by that."
? -
Ok,
And what if I want to use a value from table in a form so that when a user opens a form such a value is already fetched as "default" ? How to fetch the value to a form?
Thanks.Leave a comment:

Hi,
Is there a simpler option? I mean is there a way to show directly which cell in my table I want to use as a variable? Following my "logic" is there a way to show Access directly the "coordinate s" of the value?
For example something like this:
=[tbl_CurrentMont h]![Month]![ROW1] ???

How to make a chosen field from table a value for query criteria?
Hello,
I created a table with only two columns "Month" and "FY". The table has only one row. The purpose is to change two cells content:
- once a month ("Month") and
- once a year ("FY")...
... as an admin. My idea was to take these values and use them as criteria in a query that could show me only records for the month chosen by me in "Month"... -
Thanks man :)
I knew it would come to this :) However, when I click the UNION button the whole SQL code disappears...
Why it happens?
By the way I'm not an IT guy... so that is why I am a little bit frustrated by this. I'm learning Access from scratch and I'm under pressure so I apologize for sarcastic remarks...Leave a comment:

Thanks for quick replies!
With regard to:
"This is not true. There are circumstances where it will fail, but this is not a fundamental truth."
... could you outline these circumstances ? Maybe I'm doing something wrong but each time I run a query to combine (meaning to put side by side) MEMO fields from different tables I get the same results - only first 255 characters appear...
