Hi i have done with all these options but still am getting the same error

I'm using windows 7, vs2010, sharepoint 2010 and excel 2010. Is there any issues with this.?
Since in some sites it has been mentioned that it works finer with xp and windows 2003 server. I have tried in windows server 2008 64 bit also. It does not work there also.
Please look into this and provide...
