I created DB Link as follows.
But when I run select statement

Select * from TableName@XXX_E H

I get following error message

ORA-28545: error diagnosed by Net8 when connecting to an agent
Unable to retrieve text of NETWORK/NCR message 65535
ORA-02063: preceding 2 lines from XXX_EH

I am stuck, not sure what to do. Any help would really appreciated.
