Combo box property- Auto Expand
Initially the combo box (cboSearchName) was working fine but for no apparent reason it now works for only the first two characters typed. In other words, if I have the names Smith and Small; Small appears (as it should) when I type SM. If I continue to type SMI, the "I" is inserted before the "all". Please provide recommendations for Access security. I have a database that will be used by others, including a subcontractor. I want to include sensitive data that I don't want others to access. I'm considering the following:
1) User groups with passwords, but I've read that others can easily bypass these.

How do I populate a second field based on a combo box selection?
The table is tblOfficeLocati ons, which has 3 fields; Office_Code, Office_Name and State_Country. When I select the [Office_Code] in cboLocation, I want the [State] field to autopopulate with the State_Location.
