I am working on a database with a report with several indicators which have a few complex formulas.
However I cannot grasp how to write the formulas that will give me the results of 2 useful indicators.
To make it more simple, I am going to illustrate it with a simple hypothetical example: let's say the data base is about shirts. Please tell me what are the Dcount syntaxes that will give the following results:

I am attempting to count those records within a data base that do not match one variable answer in a given field.
To put it more clearly, I want to count the companies in a database that are headquartered in several several countries except one, namely Portugal. What is the Dcount function formula that must be used?
