    How do I try trap fileUpload(Ajax Toolkit) exception?

    I am using FileUpload(Ajax Toolkit) within my application.
    I have placed a try-catch around the function call to initiate the file upload. When I try to upload any file greater than 4 megabytes, the application crashes and does not propagate the exception to my application.

    How can I trap this exception?

      Why does the ISingleResult return an array of bytes as a string?

      I need the stored procedure to return the array of bytes instead of a string.

      The error I am getting is: Unable to cast object of type System.Byte[] to type System.String.

      Code:
              ISingleResult<spVTGetAttachmentSelectResult> Result = ava.GetAttachment(AttachmentID);
