Can't set the open form by specific data. The form fields don't appear to choose. Trying to link number to number. One form contains a field called number, but does not appear as a choice to <> to other form number. how to resolve? -
I have linked both main form and subform with the po# as reference. Everything is working fine, because the data does store in the proper tables. The only issue is that when I tab out of subform back to mainform, the data entered into the subform disappears from the screen view, but not the table. I am looking to see why this is happening. I have tried different setting in the field properties, but nothing fixes this issue. Any other idea will...Leave a comment:

subform data disappears when entering data into main form
I have a form that contains 1 subform. Everything works fine until I tab into a textbox in the bottom of the main form. The data in the subform disappears on the form, but the table is updated. How to get the data visible in the subform until I exit the form. I have the record selector, naviagtion button and dividing lines set to "No", and the scroll bar to neither. I have the master and child link set to po#'s on the form/subform. -

I have a form with a combo box. I also have a expression in a text field to paste the data from the combo box into the specific field. This works, but the data does not update/refresh to the table. How to fix this issue. -

How to correct error message in ms access 2000 on pivot table
I get a error message anytime I try to create a pivot table in access. The message is not enough memory to create pivot table. I have tryed just limited items and still get this message. My PC has 4 gig of ram, so this should not be a problem. Any ideas? -

Example: Product 1 in the invoice table has many values that I would like to total by quarter. Another field with product 2 and etc. to perform the same total per quarter. When I query I only see one value, not all records in the total. What would be the best approach to get this report of products and totals per quarter? Working in MS Access 2000.
