I have a requirement to generate a form based on various user selections at runtime. So, I am using XMLHttpRequest to call server side programs and passing them parameters that is then generating the required form elements in a html table and I am showing that in a DIV tag. After several levels of such XMLHttpRequest and population of DIV tags based on various user selections in various form elements I am able to generate the form....
