My lad needs to write a program into which he can then add raw data that his tutors will provide. This is then to be presented as a 2d array from which he must establish the y intersect. He tells me it has to read from a text file, and he said .CSV file. I don't know whether any of this is making sense or has my lad got himself totally confused?...
