    need help with an asp page

    Hi,

    I have an asp page which has to collect values from an html form and display
    those values.
    The html form has dynamic rows and i have used request.queryst ring to capture those values.I want to capture the dynamic dropdown box values with an index number as i get it with the dynamic textarea.how do i do it?
    I have attached the html and asp files(.txt) formats

        I need to develop a survey page using asp.It should contain questions like
        1) Are u satisfied by our services?
        2) What changes would you like in our organization?

        Could anyone please help me with the code to this or probably some sample code.
