I need to create custom control for web application, i doesn't know how to create custom control in web application.

In free textbox while copy an document and paste in it. before inserting in DB. i need to remove href,or link any thing init . can u give any suggestion for it .
eg:http://wiki.developers.facebook.com . if for any url i am having link. it should remove the link and save in DB using C#.net -

This error which will not affect the page. In master page while these type of
html anchor tag the below line will show blue color line. while mouse over it
the error msg displayed
