I want to maintain database in Access to maintain Leave account of few employess.The data base should contain credit of various kinds of leave offered by the employer as well as debit as and when they are availed by the employee.
Would some one help me the mdb for which i will be very much thankfull.

I want to avoid duplicate data in my table by comparing the value of 3 fields.
Ex : I have a table with three fields 1.party name 2 .invoice No 3.invoice date
