I have a hp that is running vista home premium with 4 gig memory. It has slowed down to the point it takes 25 minutes to boot and is totally unfunctional. I have completelty reloaded the harddrive and this had no effect. Still slow. I assume that I have a hardwire issue. Motherboard, CPU, or memory. I did have my power supply go out right before this issue happened. Could my new power supply be causing this issue. I don't understand how...
