I solved most of my problems hence the delay in replying to this but I have had some other problems with my system particularly a supposed windows memory problem when I run an instance of a component I use which does a "mail merge" to open up a Microsoft Word template. Also, you did say to post you my screenshot of my processes etc and I was wondering if I could do that? I see multiple rundll32.exe, is that normal?...

Hello....before hand I want to thank you for your help regarding the problems I can't seem to fix.
