    Hello Guru's

    Can any one explain me the differnece between DB2 8.1 Z/OS New Function Mode and DB2 8.1 Z/OS Compatibility Mode ?

    I am looking for some functional differences between two versions

      Db2 bind issue

      Hello Guy's

      When i try to bind a db2 database I am getting the following error


      Package creation failed!: BIND ADD ERROR; PACKAGE DCSDBAA ALREADY EXISTS

      DB2 8.1 Z/OS New Function Mode

      When i try to bind another db2 instance which is in DB2 8.1 Z/OS Compatibility Mode I was not receiving any errors

      Any insight will be of great help.
