I would like to develop a transparent activeX control that can float on top of web pages. In other words, you would be able to see through the activeX control to the page content behind it.

I managed to get this to work for a desktop version of the application by following the examlpe at http://www.codeguru.co m/vb/gen/vb_graphics/transparency/article.php/c6979/ . Unfotrunately, when I apply the same solution to an activeX...
