Well I tried that, and it does switch it to digital mode.
I wasnt getting anything on my monitor, it just said
DIGITAL
POWER SAVING MODE
So I restarted my computer and it was loading everything fine.. until it hit Windows, it went back to
DIGITAL
POWER SAVING MODE
I plugged back in the old SUB cord and turned it back to ANALOG and I kept getting the same power...Leave a comment:

I looked through the menu on my monitor and it says in 1 section
ANALOG
1280X1024 60Hz
But I cannot gain access to even change it to digital...
The little sheet that came with my monitor doesnt say anything about switching to digital, and I tried looking it up via internet and nothing.. guess im SOL :PLeave a comment:

I have a LG L1952 Monitor along with a Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS 512mb video card. Since I got the computer about 6 months ago I have been using the D-Sub cord for monitor to video card with the little DVI converter plug.
