Thanks so much I had tried everything, but you're suggestion worked, I have an old version of Norton 2003 which I update every year. For those looking for Ad Blocker just double click on the firewall symbol and it will come up with the menu and you can then see Ad Blocker and turn it off temporarily. I'm now going to see if Facebook works because that has been giving me similar problems.

Yeh I have done all that if you look at the other threads on this problem which I can't actually locate at the moment i have done every thing suggested. I'm looking for the definative answer now. I have intenet exporer, but i also have Monzilla Firefox I am getting the same problem on both as are what appears to be half of You Tube Users.

Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player.
Thats what it says every time I try to use YT, I have read all the forum question & answers on this subject, uninstalled flash ,etc using the adobe download, re-installed direct from Adobe site, downloaded debuggers, tried with firewall off, ect. All promoted videos work as does other streaming and live TV sites...
