I got a query. With the details I need sending. I've just this minute made a report, and it works!

Oh and yes please about the code, I'm not to great with the coding side.

Sorry to complicate things further, but is there a way to get it to automatically email the report to someone weekly?

    Reports & Email

I've been looking around and I got some info but not to what I really need.

I have a Database with several values, one being a date. When four days have passed from this date I get a warning message. Is there a way to to display which forms have this warning at present and display it somewhere, like in a report or another form.

Also if that is possible is there away I can get that to be emailed via my smtp server?...

    Displaying a Cell

I need a field on a form to display if three out of the four options are displayed.

    So i have:

    Option 1
    Option 2
    Option 3
    Option 4

If Option 2 to 4 is selected in the combo box then display field 2

I've tried to code it myself but it doesnt like it and I don't know enough to keep guessing at it.

    Code:
    Private Sub BuildingReg_AfterUpdate()
    If Me.BuildingReg.Column(X)
    ...

Right, after much confusion this is what I basically need

If DateRecieved is not null and SiteSurvey is Null

    Then

If Date difference "DateReciev ed" and "TodaysDate " day is More than 4 different

    Then

MessageBox "Site Survey field not completed after Four days!"

    End

Hey, Thanks for the bit of code. I'm still having problems and feeling abit like an idiot at the moment.

This is what I have got at the moment:

    Private Sub Site_Survey_Dat e_A(Form_Curren t)

    If Not IsNull(Me.Site_ Survey_Date_A) And Not IsNull(Me.G_A_C ompletion_Date_ A) Then
    If DateDiff("d", Me.Site_Survey_ Date_A, Me.G_A_Completi on_Date_A) > 4 Then

    Querying dates of two fields.

I'm not sure if I've disribed this right but this is what I need:

I have two fields with dates in.

I need some code that will look at the two dates and if the dates are more than four days apart then a warning message of some type with display saying that its been four or more days.

I have my database made, and I've made a form for viewing and inputing the records.

    I've looked around everywhere...
