how to install GASP-package on win xp home 32 bit, python 2.5

I've downloaded the GASP package (from http://pypi.python.org/pypi/gasp/0.4.5
as I want to follow this tutorial
http://openbookproject.net/thinkCS/python2e.php

but I simply can't figure out how to install the GASP-package & google hasn't been helping.

I'm sure there's a really simple solution to this but I can't figure it out....
