Send e-mail to SMTP server through exchange server??

Hi,

I've written a Windows/VB6 application to send e-mails with an SMTP server name (port 25) but when I install it on a client connected to exchange nothing happens?
How can I configure exchange to let my mails pass???

Hope some clever guy or girl can help me...
