I created a database in ms access 2003 but am now editing it in ms access 2007.
What I am trying to do is create a drop down:
States
If "Michigan" [state] is selected then the next drop down would show Counties
if "Alcona" [county] was selected then the next drop down would show Townships
"Tawas" [Township]
I think its something simple but I don't know what to...

Email List
I work for an auction company and we want to make an emailing list. currently we have all the emails coming in through our email, then we just print them and send out each individual email.
Our list has grown to the extent where we can't send them out each time, just takes to long.
Whats the best way to keep track of all these emails and blasting them?

Organizing MS access Data

I have 3 main categories, Current Client, Past Client, Prospective Client. The sub categories would include associates, landowners, nurserys, producers, sawmills, timber tax.
I am lost, I dont konw how to make them connect. I could have a current client that is a timber tax client and also a producer. And right now I have it set up to "autofill" into each, but this would get messy... -
Dynamic Displayer of folders
I have a folder called "Policies" this folder contains several subfolders, inside the subfolders are the policies in PDF format. I am trying to build a single "Policies" page to display all the folders then you can click on the folder and it will then again write all the policies in that folder.

Cookie Option
I am volunteering at a hospital and working on the intranet. They want an option to have a pop up message but they only want it to pop up once or twice, and then be able to change the content and have it re pop-up.
Example: week1 how to properly wash your hands
Week2: system wide meeting on thursday dont forget. etc etc..
I am not very good in Java. but this is what i have so far. Can anyone point me in the right direction.... -

is there tutorials, I bought an access book, but it tells me how to make a form. I just past that. I'm somewhat fimilar with VB, and maybe somethign stupid, but id prefer vb over a macro, even though its essentially the same thing. I like being able to minipulate the items. Please someone let me know thanks in advance -
Open a form to be maximized
How can I open a form say from the switchboard, to be maximized upon open. -

I appreciate the quick responses! But I guess to re-phrase that, I know what you mean but in the create a macro, i dont see or know how to make the macro delete a record. btw i am using 03. Reset values on startup
I am building a db, and I have 3 different tables/forms that I need to transfer records between. Current Clients, Past Clients, and Prospective. Now i have researched this for almost a week now, and i found similar posts, but no one every says how they resolved them.
