1. Install Office 97, but exclude Outlook. Outlook will cause a problem with install. It will show up in the SR-2B install log. This is located in: c:\program files\Microsoft Office\Office\S etup . The log will show "Unable to move C:\Windows\syst em32\mapi32.dll "....
