Add a printer, then select "network printer", then "Connect using internet or home office network", and paste "http://192.168.2.1:163 1/printers/My_Printer" into the URL field, then prceed to select the appropriate drivers for your printer.

If this does not work, pull up the status of your printer device by typing 192.168.2.1 in your address bar in explorer, log in, then look at "Printer location"...
