kumarmdb2 replied to What are the best options to Copy data from one database to a different database within DB2You can look at db2move utility
If only 1 or 2 table at a time you can in control center in wondows (Not sure about other platforms) you can also right click the table you want to copy and specify the new destination which can be on another database/server

Hi Bernd,
Thanks for reply. I tried that but it did not helped much (it just delayed the occurence of error) but I would like to thank you from bottom of my heart for helping.
It is actually a DB2 bug which causes fragmentation of appl heap. As soon as we migrated to fix pack 4 the error stopped coming.
Cheers!

How to track the execution of procedures in the database
Hi All,
I wanted your advice on how to track the order & time execution of procedures for one particular user?
I know that we can use event monitor on statements to get to know what all got executed but is there a way by which we can get the time of execution.
I breezed through db2audit documentation & i think (Not sure) that we cannot audit the execution of SQL/Procedures for a particular user using db2audit.... -
Thanks Kevin,
I'll definately keep thin in mind for my future posts...

might be getting used up?). We have... -

A security issue
Hi... We are trying to find a way by which we can capture the OS id of the user performing the updates on the. Can it be done through the database?
We had an issue that someone deleted one of the important data in our environment (Window 2003 server & DB2 V9 fix pak 3) but our logs only showed the id by which the DB was logged into by (We have given same id to every one as it is a development environment) and otherwise also all...
