    Transaction Log full

    Hi,

    I am trying to move in around 25 lakh records into a table from 5 tables.

    However, I keep running into the below error

    "Data store driver error: [IBM][CLI
    Driver][DB2/6000] SQL0964C The transaction log for the database is
    full. SQLSTATE=57011" .

    I have increased the number of files and the filesize several times and now the parameters look like this:

      How to create an index fast?

      Hi,

      I have a table with close to 30 lakh records. Now I wish to create an index on one of the columns.

      Earlier when I had tried to create an index on another column on the same table, the query ran for more than 24 hours.

      I cannot afford to give that much down time. Could you tell me a way to create this index at a faster speed?
