Hi all. I am currently working on a Form project using C# and visual studio 2005.

My UI has a large screen area on which the user can put text boxes and other controls. My UI also has a "global drag" feature (like adobe acrobat) which allows the user to move all of the controls on the screen via a single action (the user just clicks and drags the "document" in the direction that he/she wants it to move).
