      greetings. .
      i'm attempting to upload a video to a locally sponsored media website. when I load the url to enter the file location, intermittently (mostly 90% of the time), the referenced error will appear. I'm not sure what I do to get the page to load w/o the error. . .
      MS website (http://support.microso ft.com/kb/240437) advises to click start, run and type: regsvr32 rsabase.dll. Regsvr32 error mesage box appears and advises...
