Thanks for the reply iam using Tomcat5.5.23 version , yeah it reloads the app if it detects any changes in java ,but iam looking if it is possible with properties or xml files for e.g. local.propertie s .....

Tomcat Cache refresh with out restarting tomcat(.xml & .properties files)
HI
Iam working on a task in which i need to refresh the tomcat cache with out restarting it when there is any new entry in the properties file ,
My question is
in the server.xml if we add <context path = /.... reloadable = true> , i think this will reload the app only if there is any change in java files
In the work folder if there is any timestamp difference between .jsp and .class...
No activity results to display
