I just installed Borland Developer Studio 2006 and I can not find the wizard which adds a user defined method to an existing class definition!

I can't believe I'm looking for this answer on a programming forum but I've tried everything else. No, really! The online manual, and the borland website and support don't say a thing about it. I've been using Borlands c++ IDE since the days of DOS and I have never had problems with it....
