Hello ..
I have used one image control from the toolbox in my form to place in a .jpg format image.When I view the image in the browser ,I find the image not fitting into the place.The image takes its original size but i want it to get fitted into the place.How can I do it?Though it seems to be a simple thing I can't find the solution.Any ideas?

cant connect to my databse in lan
Hi all!
I am using MSSQL 2005 and asp.net .I have made a web application that needs to be run in LAN.The authentication used is windows authentication. The problem is that when in LAN I cannot connect to the database The sqlexception error shows that the connection is closed.Is there any thing that i am missing?Any configurations i need to make??Is this the issue of remote connections?? Please help!!I am new and dont knw much abt it... -
Hey thanks for replying .Yes,I tried using loop back adddress as well.I can get my site when i do http://127.0.0.1:portn o/<projectname>/Default.aspx... bot dont get it when i replace the loop back with my servername...no idea where i am heading towards...Leave a comment:

I am new to ASP.Net.I have created a file system based web application.I tried to view it in browser.I can do so when i do http://localhost:portn o/<project name>.However I cannot view it when i do http://<computername>: portno/<project name>.I cant unserstand where the problem is.I have placed the project inside wwwroot and have webshared it well.I have allowed it in network sharing too.Another thing that is confusing...
