Hi
I have a csv file with 3 columns.
1...."bkpf","zr ","PDF"
2:.. "bkpf","zq","FA X"
Now i have to write a batch program to count the number of pdf files and fax files and watever other type of document it has;I just need the count of diferent file types.
Hope someone can give me idea of how it can be done.

What iam exactly trying to do is..saving the resultset in a bean.....and calling the bean in a servlet and forwarding it to jsp by setting the bean in the request scope;
Now i have only one record in the db;
But still iam getting the servlet as wellas jsp with

I need to read the data from sql server and convert it into xml ;
I configured MsAccess with Sqlserver and i tried exporting a table;I have 5 records in the table;
In the xml -only one column that too only for the first row the data is not embedeed within CDATA tag.For all the remaining 4 rows that column is within CDATA tag.How to resolve this.Thanks -

the output iam getting is not a complete XML document but a XML fragment containing an element for each row returned by the query!!is it possible to create a well-formed XML Document by adding the root element as a wrapper around it?... -
