Read XML from a constant data stream
I have an IP for a page that is constantly outputting XML data pertaining to
our phone system. I am using C# with ASP.NET, and I need to just get the
first XML structure, which starts with
~!ACDXML <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes "?>
<ACD Name = "Box Office" Status = "Open">
and ends with </ACD>
...
