This scenario is in WebService and Client setup- .NET 1.1 And C# lang.

WebService part-

I am reading a dataset into XML file using WriteXML(Memory Stream,XMLWrite Mode.WriteSchem a).

The data from the Database has some special characters like(Enter ,' , &@#) etc

if its trying to read the XML file its giving the following error.
