I am writing a C# WinForms application. This app should recieve files and will do operations to them. I want to be able to provide an easy approach for using files with my app.
So I have written an Installer, which is installing the app and afterwards putting a shortcut of my app to the windows Send To folder. So the user can right click a file and send it to my app.

I am using a WebService in ASP.Net 2.0 to retrieve Data in XTHML format. I want to put this data in a Word Document and send this document to the client. Till now, I just used Response.AddHea der and set the type to "Applicatio n/MSWord". It was a plain text file, but because of the extension .doc, the user coult opened the document in word. And Word is able to show HTML Documents, so everything worked fine.

I have written an ASP.Net 2.0 Web Application. I am using WinXP Pro SP 2 and have IIS 5.1 on my system, where the Application is developed.
After finishing implementation I have installed the app on an Win2003 Server with IIS 6 running.

I have tried out your solution, but it doesn't seem to work. I am recieving a HTTP 403 Error. I also tried to access the web application from another computer in the same network. It also failed.
Why it may not work when accessing the page localy?
